How do I know if my order was successful?

A confirmation email will arrive at your registered address.

Are the prices already inclusive of VAT?

What do I have to do to receive the invoice?

Send an email to info@floriancalzature.it or a Whatsapp message +39 349710 2285 with the invoice request for your purchase.

All products will be sent with a regular receipt.

What happens if I am not at home when I receive the goods?

The courier will leave a notice at your address, the delivery will be rescheduled for the next day

Shipping costs in case of return are charged to the customer.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Request return authorization on the site
  2. You can independently arrange for the return to be sent to our store
  3. Place the item to be returned in a box

  5. We will check the status of your purchase, if the item does not have any defects and has not been used, the money will be returned to you with the same payment method

Return in store


You can return items purchased online at our Florian Calzature store for free.

To make a return, you will need to present your order confirmation in the store along with the items you wish to return.

  1. The product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment);
  2. To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, placing it in a second box (the application of labels or adhesive tape on the original product packaging is prohibited);

Florian Calzature is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments. Packages will not be collected in any case with cash on delivery or with freight collect.

Refund to the customer

Except for any repair costs for damages found to the original packaging, Florian Calzature will refund the customer the amount already paid for the product, excluding transport costs, by reversing the amount charged to the credit card.

WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXPIRES

The right of withdrawal lapses in cases where Florian Calzature ascertains:

  1. Even partial use of the property;
  2. The absence of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
  3. The absence of integral elements of the product;
  4. Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.

In the cases indicated above, Florian Calzature will return the purchased item to the sender, charging the latter the shipping costs.

COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPLAINTS

All communications or any complaints from the Customer towards Florian Calzature relating to purchase orders on our website must be sent to info@floriancalzature.it.

COMPETENT COURT

The Purchase Contract between the Customer and Florian Calzature is deemed to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian Law. For any dispute, the Judicial Authority of Teramo will be competent.
